4. Contract Duration: A minimum commitment of 3 months is required to ensure consistency and effectiveness in content strategy implementation.
5. Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. In the event of cancellation, a prorated refund will be provided for any content not yet created.
6. Intellectual Property: All content created by Titanium Marketing will be the client's property upon full payment, for use across any and all marketing channels.
7. Confidentiality: All client information and business strategies shared with Titanium Marketing will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of content creation.
